Q. How fast will I get my order?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery can take 3-5 business days for domestic orders, excluding holidays. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. For many of our products, we offer free shipping with a promotional code.

Please note: Due to current circumstances, tracking updates may be delayed for some orders. We aim to ship everything within 48 hours. However, once the package is in the hands of the postal service (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS), any delays or changes to the delivery process are out of our control. We recommend contacting the shipping company directly if issues arise. Thank you for your understanding!

For International Orders: Shipments generally arrive within 7-21 business days after dispatch. If you have not received your order after 21 days, please reach out to us.


Q. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping! Shipping rates will vary based on the destination and weight of the items. The customer is responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes, which are determined by the recipient country's postal service.


Q. How do I return my order?

We can only accept returns for products that are in original, unused condition. For apparel such as shorts and T-shirts, it must be unworn and unwashed. For gear, it should be in resalable condition—free of visible tears, marks, or odors, and with original tags attached.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns for Thai liniment oil once the seal is broken.
  • We are not responsible for manufacturer defects, as we are a reseller, not the manufacturer.
  • Sale items or products that have been discounted via coupons are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • For international orders returned to sender due to unpaid customs fees, there will be a 10% restocking fee.

All online orders must be returned within 15 business days to qualify for a refund or exchange. Discrepancies should be communicated within 5 business days. In-store purchases (El Monte or North Hollywood locations) must be returned in pristine condition within 7 business days.

For exchanges: Items purchased on sale can only be exchanged for items of equal or greater value, with the price difference paid by the customer.

Q. Can I return or get a refund on sale or discounted items?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for sale or discounted items. These items are discounted for a reason, and we likely do not wish to restock them in our warehouse.


Q. What if I made a mistake on my order?

Please double-check your size, order, and shipping address before completing your purchase to avoid any issues or additional shipping costs. We are not responsible for errors made by the customer during checkout.


Q. I need to change my shipping address—what do I do?

Once the shipping label is printed and the package is with the carrier, we cannot make changes to the shipping address. We recommend contacting your local post office to discuss possible options for redirection.

Please be sure to verify both your billing and shipping address before placing your order to avoid this issue.


Q. The items I ordered arrived broken or did not arrive at all...

We are not responsible for damages or loss once the package is with the shipping courier. If an item is damaged or lost, please contact the respective carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.) to file a claim.

We understand this can be frustrating, and we appreciate your understanding.


Q. My order should have arrived by now, but I haven’t received it...

If your package is lost in transit, we can assist in tracking it down but cannot guarantee delivery once it’s on its way. If it’s lost after delivery, contact the shipping carrier for assistance.

To help mitigate potential delivery issues:

  • Choose priority shipping, which includes tracking and up to $50 in insurance for smaller items.
  • Purchase additional insurance for large orders (e.g., $100 or more) for protection against theft or unforeseen issues.
  • Request signature confirmation to ensure the package is delivered to a person qualified to receive it.

Q. There is a problem with my gear/apparel! Is there a warranty?

If you receive an item with a defect, such as training gear or apparel, please contact us within 3 business days. We will review each case individually.

Note: We are not responsible for any manufacturer defects as we are a reseller, not the manufacturer. We can contact the manufacturer on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee the durability or longevity of any product.

A 10% restocking fee applies to returned items (unless the item was shipped in error).

To qualify for wholesale pricing, please sign up for an account at the bottom of our website. After approval, you will have access to discounted pricing for eligible items.

  3. We will approve your application, and you can expedite the process by contacting us via phone or Instagram.
  4. Once approved, the website will display wholesale prices, and no taxes will be added to your order.

Q. How do I know what my size for shorts is?

Thai shorts tend to run smaller than typical US sizes. Please refer to the size chart on the website for guidance. The best way to ensure the correct fit is to try the shorts on, as sizes may vary between brands.
